CrossFit is many things. Primarily, it’s a fitness regimen developed by Coach Greg Glassman over several decades. He was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way. CrossFit itself is a core strength and conditioning program which optimizes every element of fitness through constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. It is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. You will quickly learn that camaraderie rapidly shapes itself, and you will find yourself socializing, sweating it out and rooting for one another. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.

A sports enthusiast with a particular fondness for hockey, Vivek has spent many years playing for Karnataka. His never-ending passion for the game lay the foundation for his desire to coach. He is certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and believes in getting people past the initial fear of exploring their fitness aura.
He’s the father of a beautiful baby girl and spends his time with his family when he’s not coaching or playing.
Coming from a diverse background of education & work, Niti’s favorite stint so far has been teaching in the Himalayas. Although she’s been practicing yoga, running & swimming since her childhood, the mountains challenged her to a different degree. She took to CrossFit to strengthen her body & quickly understood that good health is the essence to enjoy life. Her relentless energy is contagious & gets her going every day.
Outside of physical training, she enjoys music, travel and food.
